Referral Program Terms

These terms apply to the Glow Diary Referral Program (the "Program") run by Exprivé, the operator of Glow Diary ("Exprivé", "we"). By applying to the Program or sharing a referral code, you ("Referrer") agree to them.
1. How the Program Works
Approved Referrers get a personal referral code. When people in your audience ask about finding a clinic or treatment in Korea, you share your code and point them to the Glow Diary app, where a verified guide helps them for free. If a person joins with your code and later completes a paid treatment at one of our partner clinics, you earn a commission.
2. Applying and Approval
- You apply with the form at glowdiary.cc/register-referral/. We review every application, including your social media profiles, and may accept or decline it at our discretion.
- If you are approved, we email you your referral code.
3. Your Referral Code
- Your code is personal. It has no usage limit and does not expire.
- We may pause a code at any time, for example to check unusual activity.
4. Qualifying Patients
A patient qualifies when all of the following are true:
- The patient entered your code in the Glow Diary app ("Have a referral code?" on the sign-in screen, or later in the account screen), and the code was accepted. A patient is linked to one Referrer only, and the link is permanent.
- The patient is an international (non-Korean) patient.
- The patient completes a paid treatment at a partner clinic through Glow Diary.
- The patient is not you or your own account.
5. Commission
For each qualifying patient referred by you, we pay you 30% of Exprivé's net revenue for each of your first two qualifying patients, and 50% for each qualifying patient after that.
"Net revenue" means the amount Exprivé actually receives from the clinic for the patient's completed treatment, excluding taxes and less direct expenses attributable to that patient, including interpreter fees and gifts.
Commission is based on what Exprivé receives from the clinic, not on the amount the patient pays.
6. Confirmation and Payment
- We calculate and confirm the commission after the treatment and the clinic's payment to Exprivé are confirmed. No commission is earned for sign-ups alone.
- Confirmed commissions are paid on the 10th of each month: by PayPal for international accounts and by bank transfer for Korean accounts.
- We will let you know when someone joins with your code and when a commission is confirmed.
7. Refunds and Adjustments
Refunds, cancellations, chargebacks, or later settlement adjustments will reduce or reverse the commission accordingly, including a commission that was already paid.
8. How to Share Your Code
- When you mention Glow Diary, include a short disclosure so people know you benefit financially. For example: "I'm a Glow Diary partner, so I earn a small commission if you book, but the guide picks based on your needs, not mine." Keep it brief and in your own words.
- Recommend the app and the free guide, not a specific clinic. Matching the best option is the guide's job.
- Do not make medical claims or promises about treatment results.
9. Fair Use
Fake sign-ups, dummy or duplicate accounts, referring yourself, or any other attempt to gain a commission improperly are not allowed. In these cases we may withhold or reverse the related commissions and pause or remove your code.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms. Each version is published at its own address and stays available. A commission is governed by the version of the terms in effect when the patient's treatment payment was confirmed.
11. Changes to the Program
Exprivé may modify, suspend, or terminate the Referral Program or any referral code at any time at its sole discretion. If the Program ends, commissions for treatments whose payment was confirmed before the end date are paid under the conditions in effect at that time. Treatments confirmed after the end date earn no commission. Existing patient links remain on record.
12. Relationship
You take part in the Program as an independent individual. Nothing in these terms makes you an employee, agent, or representative of Exprivé or of any clinic.
13. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of South Korea.
